Return & Exchange Policy

Important Note:
To help protect products during handling and transportation through multiple shipping stages, an empty plastic bag is included with every order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please ensure the item is in good condition, place it inside the provided bag, and seal it securely before handing it over to the courier. We also recommend keeping a clear photo of the packaged item, as it may be required to complete the return or exchange process.

Online Orders – Return & Exchange Period

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • If the return or exchange is processed through stores, the store return policy (7 days) will apply from the date of order receipt.

In-Store Return & Exchange Period

  • 15 days for non-discounted items.
  • 7 days for discounted items and special offers.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original accessories, tags, and promotional gifts (if any).
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or contain perfume odors or signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If an item is received in poor condition, the customer must submit a return request within 24 hours of receipt, clearly stating the reason and uploading a clear image showing the issue.
  • If a promotional gift was included with the purchase, it must be returned along with the item when requesting a return or exchange.
  • Orders paid through installment payment methods cannot be returned or exchanged through stores.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used, altered, or assembled items.
  • Shoes showing signs of wear, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Accessories (socks, caps, gloves).
  • Swimwear, underwear, thermal products after use or label removal,
    bathrobes after removing packaging or labels, towels, loungewear, and personal care products.

Online Order Return Process

  • Return requests must be submitted through the website.
  • The Customer Service team will review the request and coordinate with the shipping company for item pickup.
  • Once the item is received and verified to meet the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    The refund will be issued as store credit to the customer’s account after deducting SAR 25 as a return service fee (for orders within Saudi Arabia).
  • Other payment methods:
    Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping or delivery fees are not deducted when returns are made through stores.
  • In the case of a manufacturing defect, a full refund will be issued with no deductions.

Processing Time

  • The return and refund process may take up to 15 business days.
  • Refunded amounts do not include shipping or delivery fees.
